Learning designer and coach

I have had a business name since 2001. I have done a few occasional and hobby-type training and performance gigs during my career as a lecturer.

45 years in the field of social care and education have given a lot and created networks. Quite a lot of things have been left in the so-called gap, which in a statutory, publicly owned corporation have not really been able to, received or known how to take forward. So at the age of 64, I am already starting to understand a little bit where I am at my best, where my passion, my own competence and expertise lie.

If I have enough energy and health, I will continue as a practitioner from 1.9.2025, Tmi Juha Knuuttila. My special expertise is learning design, i.e. design work for learning environments, and coaching for entrepreneurship. In the future, I will be developing a virtual reality learning environment for at least the social sector, and I will also work as an entrepreneurship coach and trainer for the social and educational sectors.

Ps. My wife sometimes gets nervous about the flow of plans. I comfort her by saying that when there are a lot of plans, there are definitely some that are feasible and that some of them always come true. The old saying goes, “no one tries, no one succeeds”. Let’s remember that ourselves.
